I have never chewed so much gum in my entire life. My kids love it--Mom always has gum. I am also getting them to like the lower sugar gum.

Chewing gum is a great idea. It makes a low calorie dessert anytime. It's also a great stress or nervous tension reliever. Be careful when chewing the gum. Please try not to smack, pop ,or snap the little air bubbles. No one else wants to hear it. You could really create some serious stress in the people around you.
