Avoid Nervous Eating

A way to avoid nervous eating or emotional eating is to chew gum. Gum chewing is low in calories and makes the breath smell good. emoticon

I also like to have several packages of different flavors of gum handy one in the car, one at work, one in my purse, one one top of the refrigerator, one near the remote at the TV...handy, keep gum handy to cut out empty calories.

    I have never chewed so much gum in my entire life. My kids love it--Mom always has gum. I am also getting them to like the lower sugar gum.

    Chewing gum is a great idea. It makes a low calorie dessert anytime. It's also a great stress or nervous tension reliever. Be careful when chewing the gum. Please try not to smack, pop ,or snap the little air bubbles. No one else wants to hear it. You could really create some serious stress in the people around you.
