I HIGHLY suggest to anyone trying to loose weight, get an MP3 player It's my greatest weight-loss tool. Your life should always have a playlist~! You'll forget your even moving when you are distracting yourself with your favorite jams.

while I am walking

    Love my MP3 player too...I have one that is built into the earbuds and water resitant too...I even use it for my hydrotherapy! I love really moves me!!! emoticon

    SO TRUE.....I have a couple of playlists and jump back and forth so I don't get tired of the same one!

    This used to be true for me, but recently after my MP3 player broke, I realized I could use my smartphone. It has room for all my music and playlists, and, while it's larger than my MP3 player, it's still small enough to fit the pockets of most of my exercise clothes. Since I sometimes run alone in solitary places, it provides security--I can call people. And when I'm lost on roads (not trails) there's Google maps and a locator function to guide me home.

    I am enjoying my MP3 player so much! I've just had it a couple weeks. I downloaded an exercise album from the Fit Magazine site, 120-135 beats per minute. 16 songs for less than $9. Love it! Thanks for sharing your playlist, too.
