I saw another post about reading while you excersize. I like to use Audio books, because I have a tendency to be a little uncoordinated with my movements! (Just a little ditzy!) I like to listen to audio books so that I can focus on my movements while getting sucked in to a good story!
audible.com has TONS of electronic books and is a good place to go whether you have a mp3 player or ipod.
Whenever I get hit by boredom, which is such a silly affliction, I grab my runkeeper or my partner and head off for between 40 minutes and an hour for a walk. We get to hang out together, usually late at night, house hunt, talk and burn off some dinner. Alone I usually put on a podcast and stroll.
I'd bring headphones and a phone/mp3 player if alone, if with somebody, just yourselves and maybe some water!
Now that the daylight lasts longer, I keep a pair of walking shoes in the car, my drive home takes me past or close to several walking paths. By keeping the shoes in the car I can stop on a whim to walk - 10 minutes, 20 minutes, or longer - whatever the evening schedule allows331
Add this to your list of errands - bring an MP3 player - the music will help you keep pace.
