I LOVE pizza, but hate the calories that come with it. Buy "Earthgrains Natural Whole Wheat Thin Buns" which are 100 calories for two halves. Recipe in more information. Result? ~200 calories, 16 g fiber, and a portion friendly snack thats easy!
To make: Take the bun and separate, butter each half, and stick in oven at high broil until slightly toasted around the edges. Add mozzarella cheese, a few slices of pepperoni, and some veggies and stick back in oven until cheese is melted and slightly browned. Yummy!

When eating pizza I have found that taking clean paper napkins and gently blotting the top of your pizza will wick up a fair amount of oils . The last time I had pizza at our favorite place I used 3 napkins on an 8 inch square pizza. I figure any oil I take off the top of my pizza is that much less oil that I am not taking in.
