Unless your doing circuit training or a specific dvd, do your abs/core exercises first, then your strength, and then cardio LAST! Why: Because you'll put everything into the strength/ab exercises if you do them first. Your muscles will not be as tired, and it will reduce the likelihood of injury.

Also, it has been said it takes you 15 minutes or so to burn fat. If you follow a workout this way, and have 15-30 minutes of strength & abs in, by the time you hit cardio your body is burning fat!

Surely you need to be very careful exercising the muscles before doing cardio, as the muscles need to be warmed up before working them. Otherwise it will almost certainly end in injury
Make sure you've warmed up properly first!!

Computer abs tightening exercise is working for me.
I used coach Nicole's video and she stressed pull in the abs when walking. Many rainy days I did not walk outdoors. I did videos they are not so easy to pull in abs. I was doing an exercise at the computer and realised my abs are much tighter. Now i sit at the computer and lean back and keep the abs tight and it is helping me and easing the pain in my lower back Woohoo. It helps me I hope it might help you too.
