Really great way to learn to stretch correctly. Very important to stretch out your muscles and none of us really do it long enough. In a yoga class the instructor will help you understand how long you really need to hold a stretch.Try a drop in class

ASK your local fitness club if they offer open house or free trial days
I am not really a fitness class person and I have some great fitness equipment and videos at home but recently I attended a zumba class and a yoga class free at my local gym. I asked and they were quite happy to let me try three free classes before joining. I have decided not to join right now but it was a great way to try something new and see if it was right for me without the committment and get some exercise as well!104
So I don't want to call it a wish list but I guess it is sort of. Once you get motiviated to move you will try new things so make a list of sports or excercises that you have never done. Like hiking (a specific place) try a yoga class, pilates class, spin class, bellydancing ANYTHING Then how about trying a new fruit or veg or fish and cooking it a new way! These things will keep you motivated
Try something out of your "comfort zone"404 Try a spin class, yoga, pilates, belly dancing etc..Exercise does not have to be horrible or boring. Some local gyms offer classes at no additional charge. Some park districts have classes for a small fee. Do something different and kill the boredom that occurs often in traditional exercise (treadmill, elipticals, stair climbing)..306
I belong to LA Fitness and they offer a great amount of classes to make up a different schedule every week. Its helping me change up my routine so that I never get tired of it. Also different instructors teach different classes ie no two spin classes are the same.
