Keep you up to date on how many steps you are taking so you can be more active.

I agree only one word of caution. Pedometers are not accurate.

Pedometers are great! They are excellent motivators. emoticon

I have been wearing mine for a while now and am very conscious of making sure I take extra steps so that I reach my daily goal. Tracking my steps is one of my spark streaks so I want to keep the streak going.

Thanks for the reminder. I'm going to dig mine up....I believe it's in a drawer still in its package! emoticon

I started using a pedometer 5 wks ago. Love it. I am more conscious of getting my steps in every day.
I also discovered that I walk an average of 28 miles weekly.

Once I started using the pedometer I would work more actively at getting my steps in everyday.
