I find when I am busy, I tend not to snack. It also means I'm moving more which is good for my body! This could be anything from organizing rooms, working outside, working/playing with my kids... anything.... just keep busy!

Finding ways to keep busy to keep from snacking. I keep myself busy by reading to my kids, cleaning, finding a movie. While doing any of those I keep myself from going into the kitchen. I find if I keep busy I keep boredom at bay and less apt to snack then.
