I find when I am busy, I tend not to snack. It also means I'm moving more which is good for my body! This could be anything from organizing rooms, working outside, working/playing with my kids... anything.... just keep busy!

    This is so true! This prevents eating out of boredom or nervousness too. When your brain is engaged in a task your stomach isn't!
