Secrets of Success

Mbt The Antishoe (rocker Style)

There are a lot of "rocker sole" type tennis shoes out there (Skechers, Rebook etc), but MBTs are the best. They are pricey (check Ebay), but worth it if you have knee problems like I do. I tried them on to provide comfort for my feet, but they really provided relief to my knees immediately.

I purchased my first pair of MBTs , the sandal version back in 2005. i had lost all of my toenails in my first half marathon, and developed plantar issues. I was leaving for a 3 day 60 mile walk for breast cancer. loved them. did a couple half marathons (walking ) in them, until i started race walking and had to change to something more flexible. the second pair is more of a clog look. they are expensive, and were worth it. however, i read somewhere that the original makers sold the company and the current versions are not as good. i have no evidence. just research before purchasing . love mine - by VHS6564

Heard a lot of good things about these shoes - by MARYLQ11
  • I bought MBT Sport2 shoes at the end of last summer after walking all over Italy in pain! I had bought Anti Gravity sport shoes but was in pain anyway.

The MBTs changed my life the moment I put them on. They helped my lower back issues and I can walk so much better now. I found out later that the MBTs are sold for sculpting of legs but that is NOT why I bought them. I bought them purely for comfort and the sculpting is merely a side bonus.

The shoes are expensive but worth every penny. I bought another pair so I can rotate them.

VHS6564 - FYI the first pair I bought was this year and was called the Antishoe. The second pair I bought on Ebay and turned out to be the older version (different name, can't remember what!). I prefer the newer version. The newer ones had a larger toe box which is helpful on my foot with a bunion. Both provide excellent cushioning (superior to other brands) and help plantar fasciitis and impact to the knees. - by OSUMSUGW
