This Sparked Me!

The secret for me has been to do one thing, make it part of my routine and then move onto the next thing I want to tackle. First, I tracked my food and regularly ate within my range. Then, I drank 8 glasses of water a day. Finally, I added in exercise 5 days a week.

    One streak at a time is right. I cannot go a day without logging in and drinking my 8 glasses of water to break my streak. This works for me well. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
