The secret for me has been to do one thing, make it part of my routine and then move onto the next thing I want to tackle. First, I tracked my food and regularly ate within my range. Then, I drank 8 glasses of water a day. Finally, I added in exercise 5 days a week.

Hah! Get your mind out of the gutter! What I mean is commit to have an exercise streak by exercising 10 min. a day for a 7 day streak (or whatever you're comfortable with). Or a 14 day streak of drinking 8 glasses of water per day. Or a 30-day streak of logging your food. C'mon, lets STREAK!!

Having a streak going with my walking is all that it takes to go out and walk on those days I don't feel like it. I began walking 15 days ago and haven't missed a day yet. Chris Downie's exercise streak is over 700 days. I hope to do that, one day at a time.
