Moving a little more and eating a little less breaks plateaus for me.

Change up exercise, do an extra video, climb a few more stairs, whatever you do, increase your activity.

Check over your food diary and make sure you eat different things, eat a little less (for me it's carbs that hold me back). Try to get a handle on your habits. Cut your calories by a bit.

    When I was more actively losing weight, this was definitely the way to go. It may very if you're close (within 10lbs) of your goal weight...
