I have come to realize just how far I can push my body during my workouts which is "my personal best." I have tried on occasion to push myself further than I should, which leads to "burn out." Acceptance of the fact my personal best will always be good enough is for me, a valuable lesson!
I need to celebrate each step (not mile) I take...
My personal best will change as I build up strength and stamina over time, I need to stay encouraged not discouraged...
