When I am off track, I stop logging honestly, and 'forget' that I ate things. Then I realized, not logging everything is only lying to myself. I need to be honest with myself to be successful. Now I log everything! :)

Honesty with self is the strongest ally to healthy lifestyle
Whenever I have felt stuck in my goals as I try to change my life, I have realized that whenever I am strictly honest with myself about all I am doing, THAT is what helps me break out of being stuck. For me, all long-term changes start inside of my mind first before any actions are taken.
True awareness of why the weight isn't coming off begins with 100% total honesty about the quantity of everything we eat (weight, ounces, or serving size), the content of what we eat (how much sodium, sugar, etc. is in the food), and how much truly active exercise we're getting on a daily basis.
Fudging to ourselves about any aspect of our plan only harms our SELVES! It's time to be REAL and Focus on being honest with ourselves so we can succeed and be who we want to become!
