Removing excess calories from my snacks, meals and drinks

MORE INFORMATION:
My husband and I love cake. I only frost half the cake, so I can eat it frostless.
When we have tacos, I skip the shells.
I drink 8 oz of cranberry juice daily for kidney health, I drink the lite juice.

I have started to lose weight again. emoticon
