I found that almost everything I included in my meal plans I could find in the SP database. I also found a number of items in the foods posted by other members. This has made the controlling of the nutrients so much more easier. It helps me stay on track.
For the first time I have really been able to pay attention to the amount of sodium I was eating everyday. I also found that although my calorie intake was on course..my sodium and fat intake daily were way too high, and my daily protein intake was usually too low.
