Most frustrations we feel while trying to lose weight, we bring upon ourselves: a bad day eating, a missed day of exercise - we think of it as having "blown it" and get frustrated. Which tends to lead to giving up and failure. I can't say it enough -we're human, we're expected to have bad days.
Go with the flow. As long as bad days are the exception and not the rule, you're still on the right path. So don't be frustrated. And moreover, don't let the frustration lead to giving up.

I've been having a hard time cutting 500 calories a day in order to lose one pound and getting frustrated with myself, so I decided to half it. I shoot for 250 calories a day now, and I'm much happier and see that I'm accomplishing something. It slows you down, but there's no need to rush and then get frustrated when you don't see results.
Don't worry about the numbers. Looking at the scale day after day, it gets so frustrating! When you relax and take off the pressure, and just stay fit and healthy numbers won't matter. Ask yourself what is more important; health, or dropping 2 dress sizes, and for what reason? Strive for health first.
Keep in mind that everyday you workout and stick to a healthy diet you are getting healthier and going to live longer. That is more motivating than worrying about a smaller pair of jeans!
When things look bad and you are frustrated, upset, and just not feeling happy find what you can be thankful for. If your kid is crying and getting on your nerves be thankful you haver a kid to do that. How many people don't have one.
Trust you have the grace to make it threw the situation and be thankful you have support to make it.
