Controlling My Chocolate Craving

When I am craving chocolate, I slice a banana or a few strawberries and drizzle them with chocolate syrup. By the time I finish this delicious snack my craving is satisfied. Yes I have indulged in a few calories, but not the number I would have by succumbing to a chocolate bar!

    The healthy chocolate that is good for you is dark chocolate, the darker the better but hass to have 70% or more real cocoa and I believe you can have 1 oz everyday to get the health benefits on it. Real unsweetened cocoa powder is the best though as long as you don't mix it with milk and make sure it does not have "Dutch processed" or "Alkalized" on the ingredients, they are not good for you. I just read that today somewhere on this site.
