When I am craving chocolate, I slice a banana or a few strawberries and drizzle them with chocolate syrup. By the time I finish this delicious snack my craving is satisfied. Yes I have indulged in a few calories, but not the number I would have by succumbing to a chocolate bar!

I am not a breakfast eater, at least I was'nt, until now. I found a way to control my chocolate cravings and have breakfast without feeling yucky. I went and bought some special K meal bars. Double Chocolate and Chocolate Peanut Butter. This gives me my chocolate and vitamins the body needs, especially fiber. They taste great!! 4
I also drink the protein shakes from slim fast for lunch. More vitamins and chocolate.
Satisfy that chocolate craving without the excess calories.
My girlfriend clued me in on freezing a bag of the Ghiradelli 60% Cacao Bittersweet Chips. Just eat 3, maybe 6. The benefit of dark chocolate and it's best to just let these dissolve for a while in your mouth, otherwise you can crack your teeth!
Instead of telling myself that I CAN'T have chocolate or a piece of candy every now and then, I've started buying a package of the Sugar-Free Chocolates. They are individually wrapped, often times are dark chocolate, and there's not very many in the package. I know that they are there when I get a craving and they are so good. I have also had the Skinny Cow candies. It's just a sweet treat while maintaining portion control and I feel satisfied afterwards.
