So, you're a runner, right? Well, go take a Zumba class! Or you're a swimmer? How about some spinning?!

Your body can settle into a groove if you do the same workout all the time... keep things interesting and you'll shock your body - and that shock will being about a change!

MORE INFORMATION:
The same idea of shaking things up applies to your calorie intake. Try fluctuating your calories a little bit some days... or maybe up your protein... or up your carbs... go vegetarian for a few days... keep your body guessing, and you'll reap the benefits for sure!

    I have been adding some different things in this week to see if it helps. I know the body gets used to doing the same thing over and over....so Im trying something new...

    I've added 5, 10 minute "sparks" of aerobic walking to my days. Pretty painless; for the first time in 4 years I'm 3# under goal! Metabolism boost? Most of these walks are in a 8 around my kitchen and living room!

    I agree. I started JM's 30-day shred and increased the intensity in my weight lifting routine.. and incrased my walking. I read in this board to cycle the calories from the high end to low end on a daily basis and the scale and inches have been dropping.

    I'm too uncoordinated for Zumba but I'll figure something out!
