An armband that you pay a subscription for. It hooks up to the internet every night and you get information about how many calories you burned, how much you walked, ran, etc. You can input swimming or exercise and food that weren't directly put in. It is good for someone to get started, but $$

It was pricey. It works as well as anything-that is you have to actually DO it, wear it. Spark People does the same thing without the technology and it's free. I used it for about 6 months, didn't lose a lot of weight. Now I am eating healthy and exercising without spending money.

  • I've just had mine for a week now, and so far I love it!. It shows how many calories you burn even while sleeping and it's amazing how different the burn is when you step up the intensity of exercise. It's expensive but I'm worth it! emoticon - by LSIG14
  • Body bugg is a great way to help you know how much you are really burning and walking. At first I wore mine during the day and night so I could really see the difference in when I exercised and when I didn't. It is expensive to start up but then the yearly fee is only $75.00 I think.
