Make computer time constructive! Use your computer to send you reminders throughout the day. I set mine to remind me when it's time to take daily medication, when to go exercise, when to start dinner, etc.
MORE INFORMATION:
I use Microsoft Outlook to send my reminders, but there are probably many programs out there that will do the same thing. This helps me from getting bogged down in "work stuff" or just mindlessly surfing the internet during the day.
