Make computer time constructive! Use your computer to send you reminders throughout the day. I set mine to remind me when it's time to take daily medication, when to go exercise, when to start dinner, etc.
I use Microsoft Outlook to send my reminders, but there are probably many programs out there that will do the same thing. This helps me from getting bogged down in "work stuff" or just mindlessly surfing the internet during the day.

Make your meal count. Don't watch TV, read, or use the computer while your eating. When I eat at my desk at work while using the computer, I reach for more food and it's gone! I don't even remember eating it. Focus on the meal. Taste the food. You'll eat less and enjoy it more!
If you want to stay healthy, Wash those hands! Wash em after you grocerie shop, wash em after you put the groceries away, wash em after petting your dog or pet, wash em after using the computer, wash, wash wash.........and you WILL be healthier!334
I'm going on vacation tomorrow, and since I won't be able to watch my favorite DVD to workout each day, I used my computer to copy the audio as an MP3 that I am adding to my itunes library. I've seen the video tons of times, so I will be able to get through the workout without actually seeing it!
I used the program Garageband to capture the audio, which was playing on my computer. Then I exported it as an MP3.
