I was already eating fruit and vege every day, nothing exciting, meat & 3 vege dinners, our problem was portion size. So we've started using our side plates instead of dinner plates, funnily enough our side plates are the same size as my Nana's dinner plates were!

My problem is wanting to eat constantly. I can get right up from the table and within 30 minutes I want something else to eat. Any ideas for me!

We use the lunch plates from our set and it not only helps with portion control, but there is something psychological about seeing a full plate. It makes you feel like you aren't depriving yourself.
