I got in the habit of removing my makeup right after dinner instead of waiting until bed time when I am too tired. I also put on my eye cream & other creams then because I am a night owl & when I go to bed late, I don't want to do it then so this helps me make sure it is done ahead of time.
Also floss your teeth right after your last snack in the early evening & brush your teeth so you won't be tempted to eat again.
To discourage late night eating....take a few moments to floss your teeth, some people brush after their last meal, but taking the time to floss is such an investment that the thought of eating after I have flossed quickly fades away!
