If you can afford it, use olive oil to cook your foods. It is much healthier that lard, butter, or other cooking oils, and it really enhances the flavor of cooked vegatables. For best taste, use extra virgin olive oil. However, don't forget to add this to your calorie tracker.

whenever I cook boneless skinless chx breast on the stove instead of using olive oil, I cook it in chx broth. It makes the chx tender and juicy and doesn't add any fat. It also flavors the chx!!30
