Breakfast, Water And Sleep



I always eat breakfast daily. It helps me to not be hungry all day. Always drink my water to feel full. And always get my 8 hours of sleep each night. So that I am able to function properly during the day.

  • Well, I get 2 of 3 done. I always drink more than 8 glasses of water, do my best to eat right but never get 8 hours of straight sleep. Especially after the twins were born. - by FIRENUT34
