I always eat breakfast daily. It helps me to not be hungry all day. Always drink my water to feel full. And always get my 8 hours of sleep each night. So that I am able to function properly during the day.

It's important to eat breakfast everyday. Your body goes through a "fasting" period during sleep and needs to be replenished. When you don't eat breakfast; you're more prone to overeat or eat unhealthy foods. It's also good to drink water before you eat. You end up not eating as much! Try it!180
