Eating natural foods

MORE INFORMATION:
I only eat foods that are natural as much as possible: fruits, vegetables, brown rice, nuts, flaxseed, beans, tofu, chicken and brown rice. I do this most of the time, and I feel great! I also try to exercise every day. I have lost 21 pounds, so far.
