This Sparked Me!

I recently started making my own frozen lunches. I add all the ingredients to a freezer bag and then pull it out at lunch and microwave it. Now more pricey, flavorless frozen entrees for me! One of my favorites: Shredded chicken, black beans, salsa, and fat free cheese.

MORE INFORMATION:
Other ideas -
Tilapia, garbanzo beans, couscous seasoned with oregano. After microwaving top with feta cheese and cucumbers.
Ground beef or turkey, kidney beans, diced tomatoes seasoned with chili powder and cumin.
Shrimp, broccoli and brown rice served with soy sauce.
