I love books and I'm easily bored by exercise. I recently discovered that my local library allows you to download audiobooks for your iPod for free. So now, I look forward to exercising so that I can get some "reading" in!

I am not a reader but I recently found that books on tape can be a wonderful tool. I get them from the library and listen to them in my car. I control what types of messages go into my thoughts and can decrease the amount of negativity I hear. I just finished Tuesday's with Morrie...and if you havent read it (listened) please do and now I halfway through Buddha. Its great to keep your mind off exercise too
