Think about the colors of the rainbow when buying fruits and vegetables. Buy as many different colors as you can. The more colors, the healthier you'll be eating.
When I go to the grocery store, I think of the colors of the rainbow. Roy G Biv was taught by my Home Ec teacher to remember the rainbow R-red, o-orange, y-yellow, G-green, B-blue, i-indigo and violet. Fruit and vegetables are similar. Get as many as possible.

Added My Quick Check Veggie/Fruit Count to my Nutrition Tracker!
I started with SP on January 21,2010. At that time they did not have a quick check for veggies & fruit.Now THEY DO ,so I added it to my Nutrition Tracker!
