When starting your fitness journey it is important know you do not having to spend allot of money. You can get fit without buying an expensive gym membership or fancy equipment. When I lost over 40+ pounds I was financially broke. I did it with motivation, a simple plan, and creativity.
Remember running, walking, pushups, sit ups, crunches and more are all free.

When I have overeaten, for a week or so, and my clothes get uncomfortable, I have begun to remind myself that it will be a problem if I have to buy new clothes again! I have gotten rid of between sizes, and the discomfort of the clothes when I start to regain weight is a reminder of how unfomfortable I felt in my own skin over 100 pounds ago.
1. Refuse to buy new clothes 2. Realize that this discomfort is and will be much more than physical -so get help to overcome it! Pray, spark, ect!20
I have lost a lot of weight, the majority of it on sparkpeople. SOmetimes I overeat, and can gain a little back. I am not at my goal yet, but slip up the closer I have gotten! When my shirts start fitting funny, I have taken to reminding myself just how expensive it would be to a new wardrobe!
