This Sparked Me!

I have found that when I exercise first thing in the morning and eat a sensible breakfast, my eating choices are better all day long are much better. I eat slower and get full faster. I also stay fuller longer.

Thanks for sharing,,, I try to exercise in the morning, but it does always work out that way.

I know it makes sense, and our usual late morning session at the gym does mess up the day. Must try harder, though it's a 20 mile round trip. Now the cooler weather is coming, back to exercising daily at home, though, so I must set the alarm for earlier.
DELLMEL 10/4/2014 9:16:00 AM

    So true.

AMBER461 12/18/2013 7:57:00 PM

Morning exercises are best for me. I wake at 4.30 a.m. every morning and do my walking and my other exercises.
SJKENT1 12/18/2013 3:04:00 PM

Must do it in the morning otherwise I just never get to it.
DELLMEL 12/18/2013 1:42:00 PM

The morning exercise is much better for me because if I wait until later sometimes I get lazy. So I get out there in the morning.
GHYSLAINE27 12/18/2013 12:01:00 PM

I am too lazy to get up in the morning and try to work out... it is my goal that tomorrow I will wake up early to do some yoga. I always eat a healthy breakfast tho emoticon
DJHUMPHREY 12/18/2013 10:59:00 AM

I have been going to a gym that I can never find a machine to get on till after 2 pm.
I am going to quit that gym and starting today going to just save gas and money and do spark videos and keep building my own home gym. I would like to take a yoga class some day though too.

Morning works the best for me too. I find that it is easy to come up with excuses if I leave it for the evening...I am tired after day's work, I am hungry, not enough time, socializing, etc., etc. I have a luxury of flex time at work and a nice gym facility in the building where I live...So no excuse of not having enough time in the morning...and my mind can't think of any other excuses...so I am able to stick to morning exercise routine...and starting a day with a positive feeling of achievement adds to my confidence at work...all in all it is a positive cycle...
PYNETREE 12/18/2013 7:59:00 AM

emoticon Then if I can sneak in a few minute,s later in the day it's a bonus!
VAINVT 12/18/2013 7:21:00 AM

Things happen as the day progresses, so it is much better for me to exercise in the AM
LUVSBULLDOGS 4/21/2010 4:54:00 PM

Morning exercise works the best for me, too.
JLEMUS1 4/21/2010 4:23:00 PM

That is so true if I don't exercise in the morning it's like I'm dragging all day
