  • I know it makes sense, and our usual late morning session at the gym does mess up the day. Must try harder, though it's a 20 mile round trip. Now the cooler weather is coming, back to exercising daily at home, though, so I must set the alarm for earlier. - by CHEBBA

  • I have been going to a gym that I can never find a machine to get on till after 2 pm.
I am going to quit that gym and starting today going to just save gas and money and do spark videos and keep building my own home gym. I would like to take a yoga class some day though too.

  • Morning works the best for me too. I find that it is easy to come up with excuses if I leave it for the evening...I am tired after day's work, I am hungry, not enough time, socializing, etc., etc. I have a luxury of flex time at work and a nice gym facility in the building where I live...So no excuse of not having enough time in the morning...and my mind can't think of any other I am able to stick to morning exercise routine...and starting a day with a positive feeling of achievement adds to my confidence at work...all in all it is a positive cycle... - by MEERAMODY
