Being honest and writing everything down helps me stay on track. When I stop writing small amounts, the calories add up and the pounds do too.

More Information:

Writing everything also allows me to track cravings and trends. This helps me prepare for the next "cycle" of them. If I am expecting them, I can adjust early, thus saving myself headaches and guilt.

    I'm new here so I'm just figuring out all these excellent sites. (I hope I can find this again to read any answers that come my way. I have not lost any weight for quite some time, however I am losing inches from my body. I am confused as I'm exercising every day on the treadmill for 40 minutes with mixed jogging, sprinting and walking, plus watching what I eat. I eat a very small evening meal and try to be active most days. Help! when I type in my height and weight it tells me I'm obese, but my body size doesn't show it as that. Does anyone have any answers please? - by ROXYW62
