I've started selecting more fiber filled snacks. I love fiber one bars as well as smartfood popcorn snacks. They are all 100-150 calorie portion controlled snacks. They are perfect for when I have extra calories in the day or to pair with a sandwich for a meal.

    I find that when I need a snack that is filling I will put Fiber one on my yogurt, this adds tons of fiber and keeps me full for hours. I agree if I have extra calories at the end of the day it is better to add fiber than empty calories in sweets or other non fibrous foods. I also use fruits for fiber.

    I take supplements but try to eat an apple of a fresh pear each day for a natural fiber and I get a vegetable at the same time.
