Slow Down Handily




Research shows that it takes about 20 minutes for your stomach to tell your brain that it's full. Here's a tip to help you eat more slowly:

Use your NON-dominant hand to hold the fork or spoon! That little extra coordination helps slow things down--and as a bonus, helps that hand become more adep
