Using the Message Boards, besides the fun loving Game Room, has been great for me. I've learned from the site/specific posts, fitness, cafe and all the posts I venture onto. It's really helpful and a great resource.

Whenever I check in to SparkPeople, and make it over to the message boards, I read about friends who are "making it" and getting that exercise in and how proud they are of themselves (and others!). That makes me smile and usually gives me the boost I need to get outta my chair and get to exercising! Even 10 minutes a day makes a difference!
