I have a hard time remembering to stretch after I exercise. To help, I printed the SparkPeople Stretching Guide, then placed it in a sheet protector and hung it on the wall where I keep my weights, bands & other gear. Helps me finish my exercise session well, so I'm ready for the rest of the day!

Learning stretches for each major muscle group will allow you to go from head to toe easily. Stretching and flexibility are major parts of overall fitness - don't neglect this part of your workouts. Take time to stretch before sleep - it will help you rest better.

I also tend to forget to stretch. If I am biking the trail I will remember to stop for a stretch, and if I am doing a video, they usually have a stretch at the end, but I do tend to forget with road rides and walks.

EXTEND YOUR PLANK TIME
Having trouble holding a plank38 I take my mind off the length of time I hold one by trying to do it for the duration of a record on the radio and by concentrating on my breathing. So far (this morning) I've managed 4;23 to Robbie William's Feel. I "Feel" 345 It works every time!
