I once used to do this but forgot over the past few years. When doing something mundane like cooking dinner, brushing my teeth, watching television or even getting ready in the morning I make sure to constantly move. Whether it's marching in place, doing leg lifts, or modified butt kicks.
I've tracked this on my GoWear Fit now a days and this can add about 300 plus calories burned over the entire day! Amazing that I'm not even fully exercising and yet I'm still burning some extra calories. When you have time constraints this is really handy! Just remember to just move!!!
