A very simple yet effective way for myself and my family to get in exercise is to begin the day witha morning mile run AFTER breakfast,of course!We put toddler in the jogging stroller,put the Garmin heart monitor on me,and my hubby and I map our route out from our home to the park,logging a mile-
then walking the rest to the park where my son plays on the jungle gym and I'll join him! And EVERYONE gets a good payoff! My child gets to play and sees how exercise is a part of our lives, I get to see calories burned, our hearts benefit from regularly exercising them and we both lose weight!
