I keep a sharp knife and small cutting board in my car. If I am on the road and it is time for a meal, I hit the grocery store, and not the fast food restaurants...Fruit, cheese, crackers, veggies, seltzer, etc make a great meal on the go!

That is a great idea!!! I often have the problem that I am driving and there is no healthy options so I end up stopping and eating something not so healthy. I have been trying to find an alternative!!! Thanks
