I Take Pictures From Sparkpeople To The Gym

When I look at workouts or pictures of an exercise I haven't tried, I take it with me when I go to the gym.

More Information:

If I have the opportunity to ask a trainer, they give me feedback on how to do it and my personal trainer lets me know if it is too advanced for me. She often looks at one I picked and gives me a slightly different way to do the exercise and I learn more than taking a chance of injury.
