This Sparked Me!

Cheddar and other aged cheeses are naturally lactose free. This is because the whey has been removed and the whey is where the sugar and lactose are. I visited Cabot creamery in Vermont and that is where I discovered this little secret. Mac and cheese, Broccoli and cheese grilled cheese Here I come

I checked it on the internet too.

Love Cabot's, and their low fat Cheddar isn't bad either! Didn't know about it being lactose free either.
