When you get in rut, throw out all your habits away and start from scratch again.
For example, I found myself struggling so I threw out the habit of weighing myself everyday, and started to weigh myself every 10 days. It allowed me to focus on other things besides the number.

How do I start over? I just found this site 2 weeks ago and signed on for the 8 week diabetes weight loss challenge. But...I only made it through breakfast everyday. So I'm really not in week 2...I want to start over but don't know where to go on the site. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I want to use the entire 8 weeks not 6. Thanks, Jazzlady4
