Target Heart Rate=THR=measures exercise intensity=easy & precise. THR=zone/range HR falls in 2 train aerobically. Train below THR not intense enough. Train above THR= anaerobically (without oxygen)= inefficient & too intense.

Use guide=determine intensity level:
intense enough 2 burn sufficient calories/ improve cardiovascular fitness.
•Beginner or low fitness level: 50% to 60%
•Intermediate or average fitness level: 60% to 70%
•Advanced or high fitness level: 75% to 85% emoticon
