I know this site forces you to keep count of your daily calories. Instead of getting upset for going over or under wait till the end of the week and add all the days up then divide the number by 7 to get you weekly average you just might see that you were right on track. emoticon

    what a positive way to think..too often we beat ourselves up for going "over" on any given day and then feel we have to starve the next day to make it all work out...thanks for the tip!

    I'm sorry I just don't agree with you. You can't have an average scale with your food intake you must be more precise with your calorie count. That is the only way you'll know just what is going in body.
