Love these energy bars!
They have 15 g of protein/bar.
Chocolate Caramel = 170 cals & 4.5 g of fat.
Carmel Peanut = 180 cals & 6 g of fat.
Chocolate Crunchy Peanut Butter = 190 cals & 7 g of fat.
They are a great alternative to a chocolate bar & with the protein, stave off hunger. Yum!
I will have one for a snack or if I'm really rushed for time at lunch, have one for lunch & a piece of fruit. It holds me to the next time I can sit down for a meal.
