  • emoticon I'm reading the "BECK Diet Solution" on how to THINK like a THIN person. (I got a copy from the library.) I recommend the book, since Dr. Beck teaches how to get to our goal and stay there. She uses Cognitive Therapy which helps you to answer back to yourself when sabotaging thoughts occur.

My Aunt died from heart failure at 84, but she told me "I wish I were 60, so I could start over and do right for my health, since I didn't know about eating right, as I cooked the way I'd always done it." I'm 60, so I remember her words. - by JIBBIE49
