How I Keep The Weight Off

This Sparked Me!

I remember the pain each battle we had to keep loved ones alive.. They cared enough to call me out before dying to take care for myself. They will not be forgotten or die in vain- what will it take you to sober up?
Pain is a strict master- my family mattered.

Benefits of this- I remember promises I made- If you make a promise it is for keeps.. My family thought I was worth the trouble, this is my thankyou to them..

emoticon I'm reading the "BECK Diet Solution" on how to THINK like a THIN person. (I got a copy from the library.) I recommend the book, since Dr. Beck teaches how to get to our goal and stay there. She uses Cognitive Therapy which helps you to answer back to yourself when sabotaging thoughts occur.

My Aunt died from heart failure at 84, but she told me "I wish I were 60, so I could start over and do right for my health, since I didn't know about eating right, as I cooked the way I'd always done it." I'm 60, so I remember her words.
