    I agree weighing twice a day keeps my eating habits in check.

    I weigh everyday also. Keeps me from going in the wrong direction fast.

    LOL. I actually do the same thing. Actually I have found that the more I weigh myself the better I feel and eat. I know that some would say that being obsessive over weight is terrible but I find that if I set my scale by my pantry, then I have less of a chance getting into my fiances snacky food. I weigh myself first thing in the morning and then after I work out. It really does seem to help me.
