I AM MAINTAING MY WEIGH RIGHT HERE WHERE I AM NOW FOR 2 YEARS NOW.
BUT WHAT I WANT TO SAY IS KEEP TRACING FOOD EVERYDAY AND EXERCISE LOOK BACK AT WHAT YOU ATE TO SEE WHERE YOU ARE GOING RIGHT OR WRONG.
DONOT GET COMFORTABLE AND THINK I CAN EAT WHAT EVER I WANT BECAUSE IT IS NOT SO.

More Information:

I NOW NEED TO LOSE 50 POUNDS AND I GOT TO COMFORTABLE WITH THE WEIGHT GONE AND FIGURED I COULD EAT WHATEVER I WANTED THAT WAS SO WRONG. NOW I NEED TO GET MY MIND SET AND CAN'T GET IT WHERE IT WAS WHEN I FIRST STARTED SO DON'T MAKE THAT SAME MISTAKE.IT IS A LIFE CHANGE!
