Try to incorporate as many colors as you can into your diet. Now .. no cheating with food coloring! lol Red tomatoes or apples, yellow bananas or lemons, green spinach or celery, orange oranges or peppers, purple eggplant or basil. Ttry to have at least 4 to 5 different colors every day.
When I start feeling that negativity, I just color my world (figuratively & literally). I wear bright colors, put out bright flowers (either fresh or artificial), open the blinds and let in the light. When I'm really down, I get out the coloring book and crayons. Nothing like coloring a bright picture to move my mood towards positive. If it's a really negative mood, coloring HARD with DARK colors helps get out the aggression and soon I'm looking for a page with flowers and sunshine. 185
