Through all the cravings it's possible to stay on plan (OP). Substitute sweets for sweet fruits. If you do crave chocolate get the low cal versions. Keep single servings in the house only when on your time of the month. It's easy to go overboard as we all know. So do yourselves a favor and give yourself the gift of less. Don't give in. Read as many motivational pages as possible. And look back at your photo diaries. You'll be surprised at how much you've lost.

Tried on some of the new Addition Elle stretch jeans in the "Curvy" and "Shaped" styles. They rock! I can never find jeans that don't gape at the small of my back since I have a huge butt and small waist. These jeans actually fit! I think they're a bit expensive at $49.99 but worth it.
The "Shaped" style also comes in "Tall". They come in blue and black.
