I learned this trick just last week and its a twofold trick. Before you put anything in your body in the morning drink 2 cups of water. It wakes up your bowels and will get you your water started earlier

For lunch I usually have soup soup - Quick and easy! I add 1 cup extra frozen veggies to get in veggies. I add extra clams to "clam chowder", "turkey Sausage" to gumbo, canned chicken to chick noodle..well ya get the point! Also stretches 1 can of soup into a heart meal for 2!
I was finding that my water was getting warmer while out walking on warm summer days. A trick that I've been using is this; fill your water bottle only half full, lay it on it's side in the freezer until completely frozen. Then add room temperature water to it to fill the bottle. This solves the problem of how to get "ice" into our water bottles, & it stays cold through my entire walk, & then some!!274
I always thought it was a myth that drinking water would make you feel full and eat less. Recently, I've been drinking more water and eating high fiber snacks such as cereal or WW toast. When I combine water with fiber, I really do feel full and eat less.
