MORE INFORMATION:
Some days I really want to snack and frequently I want sweet tasting foods.
When this happens I stop and check myself. If I have drank water, had a good meal and have no reason to be hungry I will chew gum. Then my mouth is busy and I won't eat. It makes me mindful of wanting to put food in my mouth.
